EU-supported FEMISE: Social Entrepreneurship as a key for growth in MENA

FEMISE, The Royal Scientific Society (RSS) of Jordan and the Center for Social and Economic Research (CASE) in Poland jointly organised in Amman a workshop on Social Entrepreneurship in the MENA region, under the Patronage of Princess Sumaya Bint El Hassan.

The workshop was organised to provide a space for debate among the different actors concerned: supporting institutions, international organisations, private sector, researchers and social entrepreneurs.

More specifically, the workshop addressed the issue of how Social Entrepreneurship (SE) can present a solution to the refugees crisis in the region, with a special focus on Jordan and Lebanon.
