The European Union Border Assistance Mission (EUBAM) has partnered with the International Organization for Migration (IOM) to enhance the skills of Libyan Border Guards.
Over an intensive four-day period, officers from the Ministry of Defense received specialised training on the principles of international humanitarian law. The training aimed to strengthen their ability to uphold human rights while ensuring border security in the context of migration.
