The International Workshop on Financial System Architecture and Stability “IWFSAS 2021 – The Post-COVID Recovery and the Race to Net Zero: Implications for Financial Markets and Institutions” will take place online on 30 – 31 August 2021.

IWFSAS provides a forum for academic researchers, practitioners and policy makers to discuss current issues related to the structure and design of financial systems and their impact on macro-financial stability and sustainable economic growth. The Sixth IWFSAS conference offers leading academics, practitioners and policymakers the opportunity to discuss innovative research on a range of topics related to the post – COVID-19 pandemic recovery and climate-related financial issues.

This year’s IWFSAS meeting is hosted by the Gustavson School of Business at the University of Victoria in collaboration with the Centre for Banking Research at Bayes Business School (Former CASS), and the Euro-Mediterranean Economists Association (EMEA).

EMEA coordinates the EU-funded Euro-Mediterranean Network for Economic Studies (EMNES).
