The European Union supports Syrian refugees in Jordan

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) is helping Syrian refugees in Jordan. Indeed, more than one million refugees were forced to flee because of the war and have now made their homes across the border in Jordan. 15 per cent of the live in camps, while the rest have started to build their lives across the country.

Through a short documentary, EBRD allow us to follow the story of different people who received help.

The EBRD’s refugee response in Jordan has been supported by: the European Union, the Republic of Korea, Taipei China, the United Kingdom, EBRD’s Southern and Eastern Mediterranean Multi Donor Account (Australia, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Taipei China and the United Kingdom).
