The ENI CBC Med project MED4EBM, led by the UNDP Jordan Office of United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and The Royal Marine Conservation Society of Jordan, organised a Synergy and Stakeholders Consultation for Identification of Priority Training Needs in the Coastal and Marine Ecosystem Resources workshop in Aqaba, Jordan.

Attended by Discovery Travel & Tourism LLC (Med Pearls Jordanian partner), the workshop had the goal to highlight the contributions of the participating entities in Aqaba, and to discuss the priority training needs of such entities to achieve optimum sustainable benefits from the coastal and marine ecosystem resources and services.

The event counted with the participation of representatives from the ENI CBC MED Branch office in Aqba, MEDUSA and CROSSDEV projects, and the Marine Science Station – Jordan University.

Besides the main presentations, Med Pearls also had the opportunity to meet and discover other projects working in the development and promotion of the coastal and marine ecosystem in Aqaba, as well as to participate in online sessions to meet the different MED4EBM project partners from Italy, Jordan, Lebanon, and Tunisia
