Morocco: Europe strengthens its action for the private sector

On Europe Day, the European Union Delegation in Morocco and the European Investment Bank (EIB), the European Union’s bank, announced the strengthening of their action in favour of the private sector in order to better meet the financing and development needs of Moroccan companies. At this event, the EIB signed a Memorandum of Understanding with AMICA (Moroccan Association for the Automobile Industry and Construction).

“The EIB is more than ever mobilised to support the development and competitiveness of businesses in Morocco”, said Anna Barone, EIB Representative in Morocco. She added: “By celebrating this Europe Day with EuroCham Morocco, the EIB is sending a strong signal to Moroccan and European business leaders and project leaders. With our experience and expertise, our objective is to offer you the financing tool best suited to your needs while supporting you in your development projects. By doing so, we are also supporting employment, particularly for the younger generations. »
