Morocco – European Union partnership on health : First MBA in territorial health management launched in Morocco

More than 40 senior health officials, hospital managers and regional and central management staff have participated in a seminar that marked the launch of the first MBA in territorial health management, established as part of the Morocco-EU Health Sector Support Program (PASS II).

The event took place on 18 January at the Rabat Public Health School in the presence of representatives of the Ministry of Health and the European Union in Morocco.

The PASS II Programme technical assistance, in collaboration with the National School of Public Health – Morocco (ENSP) and the Leonard de Vinci Institute – France (ILV), has conceived a professional and graduate training course centred on training – research – action and meeting the best European standards in the field.

In an innovative approach combining upgrading, role-plays and putting into practice, six two or three-day seminars, supervised by high-level European and Moroccan specialists, are planned to take place from January to April 2021, for a total of 160 training hours.

All participants are involved in the design of collective graduate projects which will be presented and supported at the closing seminar of PASS II Support Programme scheduled on 7 and 8 April 2021.
