In a press conference in Tunis, the EU election observation mission (MOE UE) has presented its final report on the presidential elections of 15 September and 13 October 2019 and the parliamentary elections of 6 October 2019 in Tunisia. This report provides an exhaustive assessment of the entire electoral process, accompanied by 27 recommendations for the future electoral events.
These recommendations will be the subject of a roundtable planned next week in Tunis with the civil society organisations and the institutions involved in the elections.
