In the fight against misinformation, Righto is equipping communities with the tools to identify fake news and make informed decisions. Supported by the European Union through DIP (Digital Innovations for Peace) , this app fosters media literacy and strengthens the foundations of trust and truth in the digital age. Righto is tackling the challenge of fake news by verifying stories through official media sources and AI, offering fast, accurate results. The app is built for everyone active on platforms that circulate misinformation.
Funded by the EU, and implemented by Leaders International, DW Akademie, and Elbiro Media, Digital Innovations for Peace (DIP) aims to foster social resilience in the MENA region against the growing threat of disinformation and to promote peace in the digital sphere in Palestine, Jordan, Lebanon, Libya, Algeria, and Tunisia.
