Two EU missions in the Occupied Palestinian Territory join forces to enhance the fight against border crimes
January 15, 2019
Last week, the two EU Missions in the Occupied Palestinian Territory conducted a training on effective investigation and prosecution of border related crimes. The two-day training session was co-organised by EUPOL COPPS (The European Union Coordinating Office for Palestinian Police Support) and EUBAM Rafah (The European Union Border Assistance Mission at the Rafah Crossing Point).
The training comes as a result of the increasing demand for building, expanding and maintaining robust cooperation between the various Palestinian border authorities and prosecution services in the fight against border crimes.
