What are we looking for?

Are you passionate about biodiversity and want to learn how to implement conservation and environmental management practices?
Starting in the fall of ’24, the GLOBE Erasmus Mundus Joint Master will recruit up to 25 well-motivated students from all over the world. Candidates from a range of disciplinary backgrounds are encouraged to apply, as long as they can demonstrate academic excellence and a passion for the ecological, social, economic and political challenges posed by contemporary environmental change.

Admission requirements

Candidates must fulfil the following admission requirements:

  • B.Sc. degree or equivalent, corresponding to a minimum of 180 European credit (EC) units in accordance with the European credit transfer and accumulation System (ECTS).
  • Qualifying Bachelor’s degrees include biology, environmental sciences, forestry, geography, natural resources, political sciences or economy, environmental law– or an equivalent Bachelor’s degree.
  • Language proficiency documentation: a minimum of B2 under language proficiency of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) is required. Exceptions based on nationality or language of education exist (see below).
  • Application complete on time including all required documentation.
