The Delegation of the European Union to Israel is launching a call for tenders using a negotiated procedure, for Logistic support to the Delegation’s meetings, visits and conferences.
The services under this contract will include four assignments:
- Logistical arrangement of local meetings in restaurants/hotels in Israel (booking, costs etc)
- Logistics for one 3-5 day visit to EU Headquarters for journalists
- Support the EU Delegation’s involvement in two existing conferences by covering requested logistical costs
- Provide promotional items for the events listed above
