Within the framework of the joint program co-financed by the European Union and the Council of Europe entitled “Improving the functioning, performance and access to justice in Tunisia (AP-JUST)”, the Council of Europe is currently implementing, until 31 December 2021, a project relating to the preparation of an empirical study on the organization and functioning of the Tunisian commercial judicial system.
