The CSFS aims here to rollout and promote a collaborative approach that prepares young people to provide leadership for positive change in organizations and civic life. This dynamic new approach, collective leadership, is highly appreciated by the youth throughout the region. The Dialogue Fellowship programme 2018 is loaded with practical tools, training, and coaching to assist identified Fellows and their networks in the region, to foster young people leaderships in related fields. The CSFS will apply those tools and skills to amplify youth’s achievements and provide concrete recommendations for improved collaboration, coordination and accountability to preventing violent extremism, ensuring inclusive security and building sustainable peace within targeted countries.
