The Project Coordinator is asked to coordinate the Project implementation of the EU financed “Mediterranean Project II ” ( ENI / 2018 / 397 – 494 ), with special care to monitoring and reporting of activities . In particular, the Project Coordinator must ensure the technical coordination of the Project by :
- Developing a detailed plan to monitor and track progress ( e.g. a continuously updated GANTT of the Project ) ;
- Harmonizing the contents of the Project Deliverables and ensuring the documentation homogeneity and quality, guaranteeing its consistency with the Action Plan tasks agreed with the European Commission ;
- Facilitate the OACC task by proposing , if necessary, common meetings among the Technical Committee Chairs, and reporting to the OACC on request by the Chairs of the TCs, supporting them in supervising the activities performed by the External Experts ;
- Reporting the status of the Project to the OACC and the Secretary General according to the project milestones ; identifying potential criticalities in the Project undertaking, ensuring timely reporting to the Secretariat and the OACC ;
- Advising and supporting the Secretariat for the technical messages to be communicated
