The objective of the Smart City Solutions Call for proposals is to support SMEs in developing innovative and technological solutions to major urban challenges faced by the Mediterranean cities participating in the project.
The individual challenges that are part of the Call for proposals will tackle urban challenges identified by the SME4SMARTCITIES consortium partners in their territories.
These challenges are open to companies willing to design smart solutions that will enable large-scale co-creation, testing and validation.
By working together, cities will receive the benefits of innovative research and development, and potential contractors can rapidly develop and test a new product that can be taken to market.
