TunisiaTechnical assistance in support of the implementation of the reform of Social Protection in Morocco
The technical assistance under this contract aims to support the reform of social protection in Morocco by:
— support for the coordination and monitoring of social protection reform and its operationalisation according to a logical framework of budgetary programming based on results,
— capacity building at the level of the four areas of intervention of the EU support programme, including training and exchanges of expertise,
— undertaking studies and specific technical assistance actions, including strategic studies, actuarial and financial analyses, etc. to improve the monitoring and evaluation of the reform,
— undertaking communication and visibility activities on the programme and the reform supported in general, as part of a communication plan.
