Brief Description
MED 5P (Public-Private Partnership Project Preparation in the Southern and Eastern MEDiterranean) is an advisory facility created to support public authorities in Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, Morocco and Tunisia in the preparation, procurement and implementation of Public-Private Partnership (PPP) infrastructure projects.
MED 5P can fund legal, technical and financial advisory services for the preparation of an individual PPP project. The facility can also provide technical support for the procurement process and supervision of the consultancies funded by MED 5P grants.
