Objectives
The specific objectives:
- To provide guidance, support and coordination to the Intermediary Organisations awarded with grants and responsible for the mobility exchanges in order to make them effective in implementing the programme.
- To monitor and evaluate the projects during the implementation phase, identifying gaps and solutions to overcome them and disseminating best practices, and to advice the implementation entities on improvements of effectiveness on the basis of these findings.
- To provide Networking Meetings and materials in order to ensure communication and dissemination of results and impact between the different Intermediary Organisations.
What Does It Do
The global objective of this contract is to ensure inter-project consistency, effectiveness, and sustainability of the different projects financed under this preparatory action. This will be achieved through technical assistance, coordination, monitoring and evaluation of the Intermediary Organisations (IOs) and their efforts to ensure an efficient implementation of the projects, and an optimum achievement of results contributing thus to the desirable impact.
