Brief Description

The Euro-Mediterranean Trade and Investment Facilitation Mechanism project is a joint initiative between the European Union (EU) and the International Trade Centre (ITC) which aims to facilitate closer economic ties between the EU and South Mediterranean countries as well as to improve economic integration between these countries.

 
The specific objective of the Action is the development and opening to the public of the Euro-Med “TIFM” on-line information service and associated help-desk (Euro-Med Trade Helpdesk).
 
The Euro-Med Trade Helpdesk will contain comprehensive information on requirements and taxes, import tariffs, preferential arrangements, trade statistics, business contacts and news.
