I am Naila, an Algerian medical student and healthcare activist with a deep passion for medicine, entrepreneurship, and advancing women’s rights. My activism began in 2020, leading me to serve as the president of the MEDSA AlJazair Association in 2023, where I honed my leadership skills. Through the “Algériennes en Mouvement” program by SIDRA Association, I embraced gender equality advocacy and aimed to use my medical knowledge to empower and educate women about their health.
I also actively volunteer with civil society organizations like Winnelka Association, leading public health initiatives such as medical caravans and awareness campaigns. Additionally, I use social media to inspire and empower youth.
