The European Days of Languages are back!
EUNIC Tunisia (European Union National Institutes for Culture – network of national cultural institutes and European embassies), the Council of Europe Tunisia and the European Union in Tunisia will celebrate the European Days of Languages - Tunisia (EDL) from 26 to 28 September 2024.
This year, the Council of Europe will celebrate it under the motto “Languages for Peace” highlighting how linguistic diversity and language education can play a key role in promoting a culture of peace, living together and democracy. Since 26 September 2001 and at the initiative of the Council of Europe Tunisia, the European Day of Languages (EDL) has been celebrated every year.
Unmissable events:
- Official opening of the European Language Days at the Cité des Sciences in Tunis on Thursday, September 26 from 3:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
- Seminar: “Impact of Artificial Intelligence on Language Teaching”, from 3:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., at the Cité des Sciences in Tunis.
- Speak-Dating followed by a Karaoke evening on Friday, September 27, from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. at the French Institute in Tunis.
