The EDU-SYRIA/EDU-JORDAN program announces that the door is now open to apply for Computerized Decoration and Carpentry 6-month-training scholarships for Syrian refugees who are holders of the Asylum Seeker Certificate from the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), and underprivileged Jordanian who are beneficiaries from one of the following aid organization: National Aid Fund, Tkiyet Um Ali, Al Aman Fund, Al Zakat Fund.
The EDU-SYRIA/EDU-JORDAN program is part of the EU-funded project to support higher education for Syrian refugees and vulnerable Jordanian youth, aiming to provide young students with opportunities to pursue higher education (bachelor and master’s degrees), vocational education, technical training, special entrepreneurial training, and labor market-oriented courses, as well as summer programs for high school students.
Led by the German Jordanian University in partnership with multiple institutes ,it has awarded over 2900 scholarships so far.
