From 2 to 4 March, Commissioner for Health and Food Safety Vytenis Andriukaitis traveled Israel. He visited the World Holocaust Remembrance Centre in Tel Aviv, the Yad Vashem, met with the Deputy Minister for Health, Yakov Litzman and Yakov Poleg, Deputy Director-General at the Foreign Trade Centre of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (MOAG). He also held a discussion with students in Ben Gurion University and visited a number of medical and research centres engaged in e-health.
