Within the framework of the EU Madad Innovation Lab III on Women Empowerment, five groups presented their innovative pilot ideas in front of a jury composed of representatives from the EU, the German Embassy, the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) and Expertise France (EF).
The EU Madad Innovation Lab III on Women Empowerment was launched in Beirut on the 4th of April 2019. It aims to give experts in the field of women empowerment the possibility to cooperate and work together to develop innovative approaches that tackle challenges in the scope of women empowerment with focus on self-reliance and socio-economic empowerment.
