TunisiaMAJALAT Civil Society Forum opened today in Brussels
More than 160 representatives from around 130 civil society organizations, the majority of which coming from the South of the Mediterranean region gathered this morning, with European representatives, for the second Majalat Brussels Civil Forum.
This forum, co-funded by the European Commission, is organised in the framework of the ‘Majalat’ project. It aimed at building a structured dialogue between key civil society players from both sides of the Mediterranean and the European Union.
The youth and women are at the heart of this initiative. They have always been instrumental in the development of their region.
