A high-level seminar on Access to Finance for Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) was held in Brussels on Wednesday 24 February 2016. The goal of the seminar was to identify the reforms needed to foster the financial inclusion of MSMEs and enhance their contribution to job creation. The agenda also included discussion of the public policies and instruments that play a key role in initiating and advancing these reforms.
