INTECMED project has released a “Good Practices report on pre-incubation services in the Mediterranean Area” which is a guide assembling selected best practices implemented by business incubators, their purpose and in particular their training method and performance indicators, in four Mediterranean countries (Egypt, Greece, Tunisia, Spain). This document was designated to be used as input by the partners during the Mentorship programme design.

Nevertheless, the guide can also benefit Mediterranean stakeholders who are looking for instructions to analyse good practices in the framework of the development of mentoring programmes for young entrepreneurs and idea-makers, mainly in the field of technology and innovation.

The main objective of the EU-funded INTECMED project is to develop an integrated innovation ecosystem at the local level to support technology transfer and commercialization of research results, in order to improve the linkages between the various innovation players, notably the science system and higher education, the government (especially at a local level), the private sector (mainly SMEs), and also the citizens.
