The Young Mediterranean Voices (YMV) Leadership Seminar has kicked off in Malta with 22 emerging leaders from across the Mediterranean region. Over the course of the week, delegates will have the opportunity to meet global leaders, EU policy-makers, media drivers, and civil society leaders, from political, media and civil society landscape.
The event will focus on building trust and developing relationships across the group; understanding the qualities and the skills that make up leadership, and; thinking in innovative ways.

Young Mediterranean voices is the flagship debate and Dialogue programme connecting civil society, education and policy-makers across the southern Mediterranean and Europe. The programme provides a pioneering platform to open doors for young influencers to shape policy and media narratives. It is grounded on the positive experience of Young Arab Voices launched in 2011 by the Anna Lindh Foundation and British Council and it benefits from the support of the European Union.
