I am Nour, a consultant at GIZ Egypt in the “Employment Promotion Project” (EPP), as well as a Project Manager at Flux Co-working Space in Rabeha Incubator.
My deep passion lies in mobilizing action to combat the climate crisis. In 2020, I became a certified climate reality leader and joined the Global Shapers Community, a youth-led NGO affiliated with the World Economic Forum.
As the curator of the Global Shapers Alexandria hub, I have spearheaded numerous environmental awareness campaigns. One of our latest initiatives is the “let’s lead the Talk project,” which aims to raise awareness about the disproportionate impacts of the climate crisis on women.
Leading with the people, for the people as well as amplifying the voices and the hidden struggles of the most marginalized, is the never ending driver that burns the light of my activism brighter by the day; with compassion, humility, and humanity at the heart of my activism!
