TunisiaEuropean Commission publishes first draft of Horizon Europe Implementation Strategy
On 29 April, EU Commission published the first draft of the Horizon Europe Implementation Strategy. In cooperation with Members States and stakeholders, the Commission is currently preparing the work programmes of the Horizon Europe.
The EU Implementation Strategy provides the framework for carefully designed rules and efficient processes across the entire programme and project life cycle. The Commission validated, refined and developed the Strategy based on existing stakeholder feedback, internal analysis of needs and studies as well as via a comprehensive consultation and co-design process.
This document is the first draft of such a strategy. It is a living text that will evolve and grow as preparations and deployment unfold during 2020. It reflects the situation on 01/01/2020. A progress report will be published in the second semester 2020.
