Israel, together with the ambassadors of the member states of the European Union launched a special project: Union of Flavors. The idea is to collect the best European national recipes and to create a 28-course menu in a unique collaboration with Chef Ruthie Rousso.
Rousso gave her own twist on European heritage using local Israeli ingredients. The goal of this culinary journey through Europe, is to teach a little bit about what Israel and Europe have in common. Every week, the EU Delegation to Israel will share a recipe from a different European country.
