The Goethe-Institut Jordanien together with Namliyeh launched FABRAKAT: a transdisciplinary training and mentorship programme on food design.

Centered around four modules, FABRAKAT offers its participants a unique experience to become well-rounded practitioners in food design through innovative hands-on training coupled with real-life challenges across a variety of industries that food is an integral part of, including but not limited to, tourism, urban planning, education, agriculture, and hospitality.

The participants will be guided throughout the program by high-profile experts in the field of food design and entrepreneurship, and their learning process will be further enriched by personalised mentorship and coaching.

The programme includes hands-on workshops, design sprints, critical field studies, film discussions, presentations, exhibitions, research excursions, and a final design project.
