THE NEXT SOCIETY is organising the Business Innovation Day on 8 October in Ramallah to promote the innovation ecosystem and highlight the innovation capacities and opportunities offered in Palestine. 

This event brings together all national innovation players to present their innovation policies, technologies and services, companies and innovation portfolios. More specifically, this event aims at:

• Spreading the culture of innovation and entrepreneurship;
• Promoting Palestinian actors of the innovation ecosystem to an international audience;
• Emulating and strengthening the EU-MED community of innovation and investment actors.

Organised with the support of THE NEXT SOCIETY local partner, the Higher Council for Innovation and Excellence (HCIE), this event will follow on the Third National Forum for Innovation and Entrepreneurship Ecosystem in Palestine that will be held on 6-7 October 2018.

THE NEXT SOCIETY is an open community of change makers engaged in innovation and economic development. It aims at reinforcing innovation ecosystems and fostering value creation as well as pushing forward concrete solutions for a shared prosperity in the Mediterranean and tomorrow in Africa. It brings together entrepreneurs, investors, corporates, NGOs, public and private innovation, research and economic development hubs from Europe and the Mediterranean countries. It gathers already a large network of over 300 business & innovation, research and investment organisations, 2,500 international SMEs and entrepreneurs from 30 countries.
