The EDU-SYRIA/EDU-JORDAN program announces that the door is now open for Syrian refugees to apply for 70 scholarships for the second semester of the academic year 2021/2022.
The new scholarships include 40 scholarships to study for a Bachelor’s degree at Zarqa University and 30 scholarships for an International Diploma at Luminus Technical University College for Syrian refugees who are holders of the Asylum Seeker Certificate from the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR). The registration for the scholarships begins on Sunday 06/02/2022 and ends on Monday 28/02/2022
The EDU-SYRIA/EDU-JORDAN program is part of the EU-funded project to support higher education for Syrian refugees and vulnerable Jordanian youth, aiming to provide young students with opportunities to pursue higher education (bachelor and master’s degrees), vocational education, technical training, special entrepreneurial training, and labor market-oriented courses, as well as summer programs for high school students.
