EU grants €3.2 million to the Central Bank of Egypt

The European Union launched yesterday with partners the Strengthening Financial Inclusion and Banking Supervision in Egypt to establish and enhance an inclusive and stable financial system in Egypt through supporting the Central Bank of Egypt with a grant of 3.2 million euros from the EU. The EU-funded project is done in collaboration with the German Embassy in Egypt and is implemented by GIZ.
