UNDP Algeria is launching a consultation for the selection of a service provider who will be responsible for the production of a 26-minute documentary in two parts (2 x 13 minutes), retracing the CapDeL approach to building the capacities of local development actors , for integrated, inclusive and sustainable local development, implemented in its 8 pilot municipalities since 2017.
