Mediterranean Capitals of Culture and Dialogue: Join the 2026 MCCD Info-Session

The call for applications to become the 2026 Mediterranean Capitals of Culture & Dialogue (MCCD) is currently open. To inform Euro-Mediterranean stakeholders who are interested in applying, an info-session will be hosted online on April 26th. This event is part of the monthly informative sessions organised by the UfM and the Anna Lindh Foundation to provide more details on the application process and answer any potential questions.

 

 

Who can apply to become a Mediterranean Capital of Culture and Dialogue?

  • Local or regional authorities, regardless of the size of the city
  • Cities located in a country of the Union for the Mediterranean, whether coastal or inland
  • Cities not previously designated as Mediterranean Capital of Culture & Dialogue
